Traffic in HCMC is absolutely great! everywhere you see zebra crossings for pedestrians....and the motorbikes usually slow down or (siam) when you cross the road. But a word of caution, do not expect a car , bus or lorry to be nice to you. Crossing roads in HCMC is easy once you get used to how motorists manouver with their vehicles and also understand the traffic system. Here's a video on how to cross the road safely... Enjoy!
